Wayne has run SD Waste Paper since 2016 and has been instrumental in developing additional recycling mill relationships, allowing the company to expand its recycling portfolio for our customers.
With a keen eye on innovation, Wayne has extended the processing plant in Manchester and has added newer & more efficient equipment to strengthen our customer service provision. This includes a 2020 Lindner Micromat 2000 shredder, which integrates into the mill perfectly thanks to its dust extraction & fire suppression systems.
With Wayne’s lead the company continues to invest in cleaner and smarter technology and partnerships to facilitate enhanced options for existing and new customers alike.
While doing all of this Wayne also enjoys playing & watching football, caring for & walking his dogs & a beer or two.
